Preparation
-
Check the Battery
Ensure the electric boat’s battery is fully charged. Insufficient power may cause inadequate propulsion or failure to operate. For rechargeable batteries, use the provided charger and follow the manual’s charging instructions. -
Install the Battery
Open the battery compartment cover, correctly place the battery inside, secure the connections (ensuring proper positive/negative polarity), and close the cover. -
Check the Remote Control
Install batteries in the remote control, power it on, and test all buttons and joysticks for normal function. Some remotes have a battery indicator—ensure it has sufficient charge.
Startup and Basic Operations
-
Power On
Locate the power switch on the electric boat and turn it on. Some boats may have auxiliary switches (e.g., lights)—activate them as needed. -
Forward Movement
Gently push the forward joystick or button on the remote control. The propeller will start rotating, driving the boat forward. Control the speed to avoid loss of control. -
Reverse Movement
Slowly pull the forward joystick or button backward to move the boat in reverse. Exercise caution near shores or obstacles to prevent collisions. -
Steering
Use the steering joystick or buttons on the remote control to navigate:- Push left: Turn left
- Push right: Turn right
Adjust the steering angle according to speed and surroundings to avoid sharp turns that may cause capsizing or deviation.
-
Stop
Return the joystick/button to the neutral position or press the dedicated stop button to halt the propeller. For emergencies, execute an immediate stop to ensure safety.
Shutdown and Storage
-
Power Off
After use, return the boat to shore or a safe area, then turn off the power switch to conserve battery and prevent accidental operation. -
Remove the Battery (Long-Term Storage)
For extended periods of non-use, remove the battery and store it properly to avoid over-discharge or damage. Follow battery maintenance guidelines for regular charging. -
Cleaning and Storage
Wipe the boat’s surface to remove dirt and water, then store it in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent rust or component damage.
Note: Operations may vary by model and brand. Always read the product manual thoroughly before use. For issues or malfunctions, contact customer support promptly.
