Our Order & Shipping Process
- Submit Your Inquiry: Browse our products and submit an inquiry or add items to your cart to generate a request. Provide your complete shipping details, including your full address.
- Personalized Order & Quote: Our team will review your inquiry and prepare a comprehensive order for you. This order will include the product price(s) and the precise shipping cost calculated for your delivery address. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
- Payment: You will receive the detailed order and quote via email. You will then need to complete the full payment for the entire order amount, including both the product cost and the shipping fee.
- Shipment Arrangement: Once we receive your full payment, we'll arrange for your FA electric boat to be dispatched via rail or sea freight.
Delivery Times
You can expect your FA electric boat to arrive within 30 to 45 days from the date your shipment is confirmed. Please understand these are estimated times; actual delivery may vary due to customs procedures, carrier schedules, or unforeseen global events. We choose reliable freight methods to ensure your product reaches you safely and efficiently.
